Allowed Pets
Up to 2 dogs , 2 cats allowed.
Weight limits: 65 lbs per dog , 35 lbs per cat
Pet Types
Pet Policy Pets (cats and dogs only) are permitted solely in accordance with community guidelines and with prior written approval from management. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. In addition, pet rent of $30 per pet/per month (maximum two pets) is due on the 1st day of each month, along with all other due charges All pets must not belong to aggressive or restricted breeds and must not have exhibited vicious behavior, including but not limited to biting, attacking, or other aggressive conduct. Any misrepresentation regarding a pet’s breed or behavior constitutes a material breach of the lease. Restricted breeds include: Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, and any mix of these breeds. The following animals are strictly prohibited: reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, and insects. These restrictions apply to both residents and guests.
